Another recipe to add to the rotation. Tofu and vegie fried rice.


Any time I have left over rice, I’ll made my scrambled tofu first then at the rice to it. Sometimes I’ll just make the tofu scrambler then add uncooked rice to it, fry them up then add water to cook the rice. I’ve been making this for years!
